The goal of our blog, InvestorCentric, is to provide readers with timely, reliable snapshots of investor relevant news.
We separate the wheat from the chaff and highlight some of the best, unique and/or controversial commentary and coverage on topics investors care about. And while NuWire Investor focuses on alternative investments, InvestorCentric also covers what is happening in the global and local economies that directly affects investors.
NuWire prides itself on its high standards and quality content. InvestorCentric does the same. We scour a variety of sources and provide quotes from and links to the most thought provoking stories we find.
CommonCensus is a blog brought to you by NuWire Investor. CommonCensus takes a look at demographic trends and provides commentary and analysis on how they might affect investors and the economy.
Millions of baby boomers are set to retire in the coming years, for example. That will impact not only the job market but also real estate markets across the country, as many retirees will opt to downsize to smaller homes or move to sunnier locations.
Knowledge of demographic trends can benefit investors because such knowledge can translate into knowledge of markets.
The Brink Tank is a blog written and published by NuWire Investor. It has been created with investors in mind in order to inform readers of the most recent and interesting ideas, people, technology and resources available to investors. It includes:
Before I started my first business, I had my real estate license. I was recruited into the business by a charismatic broker that saw “the spark” in me. I will never forget one of the first lessons that he taught me: don’t take investors as clients. His reasoning was that investors will suck your brain dry of information and then work with someone else. Fortunately, I didn’t take that lesson to heart, and I have built multiple successful businesses by doing exactly the opposite.
In reality, we’re all investors to some extent...and that’s what makes the concept of marketing to investors really exciting. Just about everyone wants to put their savings to a more profitable use. Just about everyone has the potential to be an investor client at some point. What are these investors looking for? How can you find the ones ready to do deals now? How can you focus all or a portion of your business and providing investor services?
Through the Marketing 2 Investors blog, I hope to give you tools and information to answer those questions for yourself and more effectively find, cultivate and grow your investor clientele. I offer my experience and expertise, not because I claim to have all the answers, but as a starting point for you to think about how to more efficiently tap into the growing individual investor market.
