The Windswept Residence Club, located in tony Sandy Bank Bay, is offering citizen status and tax benefits to investors who purchase fractional ownership in the new units. By extension, those investors will also enjoy visa-free travel to 120 other countries, dual lifetime citizenship for the owner and family members – all without meeting any residency requirements. The units, which have well-planned indoor and outdoor layouts that sleep up to 12 people, start at $415,000 for a 5-week interest that is rotated annually so owners are sure to have equal opportunity at accommodation during top seasonal times. People buying property in a new fractional ownership development on St Kitts in the Caribbean are eligible for citizenship and tax benefits that come with the status.

The Windswept Residence Club, a collection of nine newly developed turnkey villas, three of which are now available for fractional ownership purchase is on the south eastern peninsula of St Kitts within the exclusive enclave of Sandy Bank Bay.

In addition to St Kitts citizenship, purchasing a fractional interest of these villas offers spacious indoor and outdoor living areas ideal for the island lifestyle, as well as concierge, maintenance and housekeeping services and property management, said the developers.

A spokesman for the Christophe Harbour Development Company explained that each Windswept owner will also be a member of the Christophe Harbour Club and an application for Citizenship by Investment can begin immediately upon contract.

‘Exclusive benefits of this programme include visa free travel to more than 120 countries, dual and lifetime citizenship for buyers and eligible family members, tax exemptions on income, capital gains, gifts, wealth, and inheritance and no residency requirements to obtain citizenship,’ said the spokesman.

The four bedroom, fully furnished Windswept villas feature one storey and two storey floor plans, with the one storey villas starting at $411,000 per fractional interest and the two storey villas at $415,000 and $419,000 per fractional interest.

Each villa is divided into ten indivisible titles to real estate, with each title representing five weeks per year for personal use or as a rental. An annual rotation schedule ensures that each owner will be able to enjoy high season weeks.

The homes will be designed by Herlong & Associates and built by Bennett Hofford Caribbean Construction Company Limited who both have experience working with Christophe Harbour.

Allison Elebash of Allison Elebash Interiors, who designed the interiors for The Pavilion beach club at Sandy Bank Bay and several private residences throughout St Kitts and Nevis, will design the next nine homes.

Floor plans of the Windswept Residence Club villas feature two master suites, each with direct access to outdoor living space, as well as spacious guest rooms with room to sleep up to 12 people.

Design elements for the homes include vaulted ceilings, concrete construction, natural roof shakes, natural stone flooring throughout, luxurious European style kitchens, spacious indoor living areas that open to the terrace, outdoor living areas with pool and stone decking, and intimate gardens.

The environmentally minded design of these residences meets Energy Star standards and the highest structural standards.
