Alexander Korte: Berlin, Germany

Alexander Korte is the principal and founder of BerlinInvestment.com. A German native, Korte moved to Berlin after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. Since then, he has spent time on the streets of Berlin-Mitte networking with artists, architects and builders to identify what the new hot spots will be. In 1997 he founded Alexander Korte Real Estate, a brokerage company, and he has 10 years of intimate on-ground knowledge of the Berlin real estate market. (Audio length: 20:22)
