Juliet Risdon: Macau

Juliet Risdon was born in England and moved to Macau in 1993; she established JML Properties, a Macau-based property management company, in 1994. Her company locates suitable investment properties for investors, oversees the interior design and renovations, finds and places tenants and manages properties on an ongoing basis. At present, JML manages approximately $100,000,000 of investment property. During the past five years alone, Risdon has personally overseen 20 major renovations to investment properties, with budgets ranging from $200,000 to $1,000,000.
