Karin Church is vice president of Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc. Church is a like-kind exchange industry specialist in “reverse” and “improvement” 1031 exchanges. As the manager of the National Reverse and Improvement Exchange Division, Church has participated in more than 2,000 transactions since joining the company in 1998.
