Mark Mirkin: Raising Capital

Mark Mirkin is a partner with Williams Mullen law firm in the North Carolina Triangle office. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and emerging growth companies. Mirkin has represented clients in private placements and public offerings of equity, debt and convertible securities, venture capital financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
