Club Med, long known for its reputation in high-end resort accommodations, is expanding its reach into luxury properties in Albion, Mauritius. There are already 26 villas ready for purchase on the island located in the Indian Ocian, and the most recent development marks phase three in Club Med’s unique approach real estate. Prospective buyers will own these properties and will have full access to nearby Club Med resort amenities while in residence, but when not in use they will enter a rental pool that will be managed by Club Med’s professional property management staff. Club Med has launched the second phase of its Chalet Apartments development in Valmorel and the third phase of its luxury Villas in Albion, Mauritius.

The Indian Ocean island of Mauritius was the first Club Med destination to include a real estate offer. There are already 26 finished luxury Villas at Albion and phase three has now launched.

Estimated to be completed in time for summer 2013, the five new three and four bedroom Villas are priced from €1,461,000 and €1,737,000, before tax.

Situated on 12 hectares of land alongside the Club Med Resort La Plantation d’Albion located on the west coast of the island, the single storey Villas feature quality materials chosen by Mauritian architect Jean-Michel d’Unienville.
