    And the other problem is that other owners in the same condominium or the same community will see that the monthly maintenance fees are not paid. In some condominiums here in Miami where you have a high level of defaults, it can have a significant impact on the condominium management. The owners who are not on foreclosure will have to shoulder the unpaid maintenance fees, if they don't want to see their property just drown. I think that the Legislature should request that a new owner pay 1 year upfront in maintenance fees, just to be sure that he will not sink his neighbors. Best regards.
