    Prices have been going up and there are some offers in the market but they are not bargains. You might find for $160,000. in San Francisco but it might be an old apartment. New apartments in this areas are 200,000. and up. Rents you may find very small, well located apartments for a minimun of $900. there are other reas far, lots of traffic low income homes, develop areas for lower prices. Referring to the previous comment I don´t feel what is said is true. Sorry... Not in reality... unless the world crisis gets to Panama. It´s not happening right now.
