Condo Developers Finding Strong Demand At Lower Price Points | Add Comment

  • new construction 2/23/2010
It's nice to see that developers are starting to lower prices and get these buildings sold and filled up. I know the the original buyers buyers do not like it but what is the alternative. If they do not lower prices the buildings will sit practically empty and without the monthly assessments coming in the building will not be able to keep up the proper maintenance. I still believe in the Chicago Real Estate market and think in spite of everything we have been lucky compared to a lot of the cities. That being said there is nothing to be gained by keeping the prices high and the buildings empty. Christine Hancock
