    The Central Southern Pacific Zone has seen sales growth in selected communities due to the paving of the Pacific Coast Highway (Costenera), the new hospital, marina, and the announcement of the new International Airport Hacienda Matapalo, a Pre-Construction gated community set in a rainforest and overlooking the Pacific Ocean with resort amenities has pre-sold 20% of the development over the last year.
