    RERA priority should be Strata Law 27 if they really aim at investors confidance in Dubai property market. The only issue for Dubai are unprfessional DEVELOPERS and lack of credible laws that makes invstors confortable in bringing money. As far as Dubai Gvt and RERA applymakeup to Dubai market. The property values will continue to decrease and money will fly to countries with adequate laws and transparency. Wrong call again from RERA. Unhappy investor
