More sales can mean a turn around 6/2/2009

I have to say that perhaps these credits are working, but certainly it also is a result of the low rates. I have been looking to buy at the high end of the Hawaii real estate market, but I have noticed that the lower end, below $500,000 is moving. The number of sales increased by 16% since last month, but the median sales price is still slipping. This is actually good for the rest of the country because Hawaii's real estate declined after the rest of the country. With this saids the high end luxury homes still should be srop by 20% at least.
