    Wow, seriously? I read your billboard celebration and enjoyed it. But this is just wrong. You promote raising rents on people who have no other option than to acquiesce to such strong-armed maneuvers. Then, you suggest exploiting people because they are ignorant. The goal of investing is obviously to amass money, but the pursuit of profit should not fail to consider the lives of other people. I mean, really, go to church or something. Convincing people that they need useless crap is one thing, but squeezing every penny out of 'mom and pop' is unacceptable. Ruthless, just ruthless.
