    • Scan or Scam 6/17/2008
    Invested $50,000.00 in May 2006. Promised return stating Aug. 2006. Again, several promised quaterly payments. Sept. 2007 they asked for more money an assured that regular payments will start December 2007. They posted a great expose in September 2007 indicating great success. Today is June 17, 2008 no news and no money. IS IT A SCAN OR A SCAM?

        Hi, my company invested $25k with Adv Health scan in 2006, same deal, plenty of promises, even to the point of me receiving further requests for investment funds as they claimed they were about to start paying out dividends. (That was a red flag wasn't it,that was in Oct 2007). I believe that any company who asks you for further funds when clearly they are running for the door is a scam and not a scan. I would be very interested to know the whereabouts of Mark Joiner and anyone else who worked at the supposed immaging centre. After contacting the IRS they don't appear to have any contact information apart from that supplied to the investors. Anyone know a good lawyer or should we just report them to the SEC?
