IRS Makes Deducting Small Business Start-Up Costs Easier | Add Comment

Question on small business startup deduction 12/12/2008

Hi - I run a web site from my home and have registered this as a business. I launched my business in Feb 2008. However, some of the the start up costs(registering the domain name, opening email accounts) were done in April 2007. Do you think I can claim those startup expenses in my 2008 returns?
