    Here we go with a fairly useless government whitewash to make us think they really care and are doing their jobs in helping small business and recovery of the economy. Sure it sounds like a great incentive until you actually try to make it work for most businesses. It's targeted to only helping the least employable people. These are the people government should employ. They already employ those who are uniquely challenged as politicians. Small business should be given job creation incentive when they create jobs for ANYONE..Especially people with families to support. Jobs for regular working families are not covered by this plan.

      The IRS has issued a new version of Form 8850 and definitions for the two new categories. You can access them here: http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=208572,00.html BTW, I don't disagree that there should be an incentive for all new jobs created.
