This article lacks all the requirements of being nothing more than a rant. There are many advantages to land trust that have been outlined for more than 100 years. Try doing some research into actual case law and talk to more than one attorney. There are several cases protect the structure and use of a land trust and 1000s of attorneys that support its use in most every state.
