    As an investor of this company I do NOT have anything good to tell about them. Ms.Smith's article did not surprise me. I haven't seen any sign of respect or responsibility to the investors from this company, I regret my involvement with them. I invested $15,000 in June 2007 and did not hear a word from them until November . Many of my attemps to receive information were not answered, just once I was able to reach James Peck who was the one calling me many times to recruit the money, he answered my questions in an angry and unprofessional manner, no information at all. I received one quick phone call 5 months after investing from a person who told that they will open the site in December with some delay. I am not aware of many facts they mention on their response letter. Also I do not understand why their response came 7 months after the publication. They should inform and update the investors on a regular base, unfortunatelly my e-mails were not replied and calls were not answered. They do not give any kind of information to the investors on their web site which makes you think that this is a spam, nothing else. If they want to improve their image as a company a copy of their letter should go to all investors, especially remote ones like me. I wouldn't learn many facts they mention on this letter if I did not find it in the web incidentially. I hope they will learn from their mistakes and do not repeat them for the future. I still have many worries and concerns about this investment I made. The time will show if I am wrong or not. I will post it here if things turn around! Sincerely, TU Melissa

      I too feel absolutely scammed by Advanced Health Scan. I was stupid enough to have invested $45000 in this joke of an investment. DUMB!!! Calls or emails are never returned. Mark Joyner, when you can reach him, always has an excuse for why the project has been delayed....if there was a project at all. The only thing left to do is to turn all of my documents over to the Attorney General's office and let them get to the bottom of it. I do not believe for a second that I will ever see a dime of the money I invested. Hang onto your cash...do not give it to Advanced Health Scam.

        Invested 50K in April or may 2006. Delay in complition was explained at various stages. I understand that delays in new venture usaly possible. They wanted more money in Nov. 2007 to start new CENTER and was told by Mr. Pack that I will be getting two checks in December 2007. No checks in December. Called on January 8,2008. I was told that Mr.Joyner is out and Mr. Pack is on telephone. She asked me what do I want. I told her what happend to the two dividend checks. She said Oh they will be going out by the end of January. Today is February 7, no checks!! surprise ! Surprise. Promise is not a promise. Question: Is it a scam or mismanagement?

      Do a bit of googling and you'll find significant problems, Look up Dan Caterino. Also you find the SEC in Alabama is having lots of problems with these folk and the Johnsons from Inner Image Diagnostics - it is seeming like this is some kind of a scam. Visiting the offices has proven futlile.

          Hi, I invested $25,000 in this investment in June of 2007. Like a lot of investors I have been lied to concerning dividens and progress on the facility. I believe it is time that we as investors should look at taking action against Advanced Health Scan. Is there any way that you know of to get names, address, phone numbers and e-mail address of investors.                 I have repeatedly sent emails requesting information and called whatever office they could be tracked to. If their brand was so successful wht are they narketing another project under a different name? Does not make sense. I have thrown in the towel. I have submitted all fo my paperwork (original offering, contracts, old email communications) to the Orange County DA and will let them sort it out. If they have nothing to hide then we will all find out shortly.

                  Mark Joyner appears to be working for emedholdings . The web has articles indicating that Dan Caterino is in jail. There is no way to reach Mark Joyner. His phone was shut off and his internet site markjoynerministries.com no longer exists. As a "general Partner" it seems like he should be going to jail. He did some pretty underhanded things and people should be warned!

Belive it our not, Advanced Health SCAM is now soliciting investors for ANOTHER "facility" under a different corporate name. They had the stones to call me and ask whether I wanted to invest!       This response will be broken down into several emails so keep reading the posts… OK, I have decided to expose whatever I discover about Advanced Health Scan, Mark Joyner, John Leal and Dan Caterino in hopes of flushing these guys out into the light to face investors in the Inland Empire project. It has become a shell game with changing names and addresses and lots of questions. I tracked down Jim Fower, CEO of Cal Scan who, according to the September Advanced Health Scan newsletter, repaired the facility MRI and declared to Dan Caterino (John Leal's assistant), "OK, Mr. Caterino, your center is now state of the art." Mr Fower confirmed via email that his company did indeed do the work and that Toshiba of North America was to have installed the 64-slice scanner in January. He also stated that he was hoping to pick up a maintenance contract and was waiting to be contacted by someone at the facility. I emailed back to him and asked for a contact number at the facility. He said he did not have one which I found to be a little odd. How could you perform service on an MRI and not have a contact number to the facility where you performed the work? I will try to get a hold of someone at Toshiba to confirm their part of the installation. Con’t…

      If you access the Advanced Health Scan website, most of the links are dead and roll you back to the splash page except for the newsletter, the mail link and the Signature Services link at the bottom of the page which is a solicitation for additional investment. As I mentioned in my previous posting, I believe that principals of Advanced Health Scan, Mark Joyner, John Leal, Dan Caterino, et al, have moved on to create another entity with the same purpose of creating a Limited Partnership to raise funds from qualified investors. I found a phone number on the internet for Advanced Health Scan of the Inland Empire, Irvine, CA. The number is 949-250-5701. However, the phone is answered as Imgine which is supposed to be the name of the company that John Leal started. Hmmmmm...I spoke to the office on the morning (8:47 am PST) of 5/6/08 and spoke with Susan (receptionist), identified myself as an investor in the Advanced Health Scan Inland Empire project and asked for Mark Pastor, John Leal or Dan Caterino. I was told that no one was in the office but if I gave my name and number they would call me back. I then asked if all three shared the office at Imgine and Susan responded that yes, they do, I then asked for an address and a contact number at the Inland Empire facility. She responded that she did not have it. I then asked if the facility was open and she responded, yes. No response yes from Mr. Joyner, Mr. Leal or Mr. Caterino. I have also tried to find a contact number for any facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA that could be in any way connected to this project. The address is stated in the aforementioned September Newsletter as "the prior practitioner’s office at The Foothill Scan Center, 10681 Foothill Road, Rancho Cucamonga, CA. No suite number, no contact number. So the search continues. I will be in SoCal next week and plan on seeing once and for all if the place even exists. Con’t…

        Hello, I have also invested in this project and while I am frustrated with the delays and lack of communication on Advanced Health Scan's end I continue to be optimistic that this venture will ultimately be a success. I have recently been in contact with Paul Levey who has given me prgress updates on the facility. According to him, the facility has been completed and is fully functional. They are currently in the interview process to staff the facility. The timeframe for this was to be within 30 days, but I am not sure on the progress as of today. I called their number, listened to their sales pitch and finally asked, why are you lying .He said they have no association with Advhealthscan ( though John Neal is their head as well) and took my number so John Neal will give me a call back.Let us see.       This has been a nightmare. I live in the LA area and have met with Caterino and have been escorted off the premises by the police. Please e-mail me, maybe there is some info I might have that may be of help to someone. I lost 35K. Lawyers wont touch it because after whatever disgorgment the SEC gets there will be no funds to even cover lawyers fees. The SEC in LA is dealing with this - ask for Peter Del Greco. He would love to hear from you. The Rancho Cucamonga office was apparantly open for a while but then, according to Caterino, investors starting hounding the workers and doctors there so now then can find no one to staff the facility. Please - all you people who are being optimistic = get over it - . This is a scam. I wish I could relay to you the actions one on one of all the people involved. Paul Levy is a worm - and is getting well paid. Imgine is the comapny that "operates" these "centers". Patricia Lyons is the mother in law of Caterino you will see her signature on some of your worthless certificates. Caterino is wanted by the Alabama SEC - big time . Randy Morton, Candace Lewis, Stanley and Easter Johnson, Leon Revis... the list is endless and this is a huge network of people that have all worked together at some point in some way. It is very messy. Inner Image Diagnostics - stay away from them too. We have lost 75K with them. the best we can hope for is to deduct everything as a theft on this years taxes. These people have practically ruined us and from what I am gleaning we have no recourse. By the way - Caterino has a very nice house in Lake Forest that we are all paying for. Do I sound a bit jaded?         How can you speak as though you know what you are speaking of? Foolish investors are aplenty, and they need guidance and help. But, by you stepping out onto the stage and voicing your opinions, you would just think that maybe they understood law, or asked questions first. These types of blogs have created unfair working conditions for the limited partners, with brains that do NOT AGREE WITH the junk on NuWire. As a matter of fact, NuWire is guilty of the same thing that Advanced Health Scan was accused of. (Records at BBB not accurate)People, please don't hear this type of unproductive gibberish. I believe that Chandra may be a good person, but she acts as a FOOL, NOT COOL, when she elaborates where she has no knowledge. The NHI campaign is now taken over by a few good men, no women. These wise men are furious with the Chandra's of the investment world. And we would never get involved with another private placement- because today’s young investors do not read or understand what it is that they are buying into. This leads them into investment dollars going to scam organizations... and then they jump on the “everybody is a scam” wagon... killing the original real deals. How long do you think that John's attorneys are going to allow him to be abused like this? They are simply gathering there information to go to the proper authorities, and plead their case. If John had a place to take the doctors to, he would have months ago. But Investor Yates comes in sweating, screaming profanities, being escorted out by police.... very unprofessional people. I am amazed. I wonder how sad it is that children in our country could end up in strip clubs. Now I see how there parents treat their own investments, I understand now the poor children running away from home, It's the same feeling I get when I go to work every morning trying staff and market Advance Health Scan. Paul Levey was responsive to my questions and concerns a couple of months ago, but he seems to have fallen off the face of the earth.         according to Mr. Yates, everyone must suffer. This seems to be his moto. I know, I see Johns crew deal with Mr. Yates cloud of doubt everyday! First off, the people that Mr. Yates attacked are not from the same side of the street as the others he names reclessly in this many attempts to rekindle investment dollars hew has lost due partly to his abrasive attitude and lack of talent in the field of investing. I recommend a good book called Rich Dad Poor Dad. People, put your thinking caps on... If a man robs a bank, what are the chances that he would halt.... upon fleeing the bank, Stop and pay his taxes to the IRS walk-up window for thugs, slugs, Mug,s Goofes, gangs, quiebies, creepies, sleepy's and Tanya Hardings. Point made well! Not a single scam artist, thief, crook, or bandit I have ever met that doesn't have a extreme love for money! OPM. or anybodies money . In your attempt to wash away the hurt deep down inside, you have many modes of attack, failing to remember that not only did they pay theior taxes, but they bought the scanner! and they paid a million dollars or 100%. This is above and beyound the c all of duty. dan has over $150,000 of his family's money in on top... and still placed a high regard to thye investors furnishings etc... His only problem is lies. Not his lies... there are lies!Example: They waited for any opoportunity possible to give market reports to investors... But because of Yates, and the autorities he mentions THE EXPERT MEDICAL STAFF has been handcuffed by their attorney. The attorney recently sucumbed to Sudden Death, ,after refusing A SCAN FROM Dan. wOw! nOW THE GATES HAVE BEEN OPENED , THE EXPERTS PROUCED 6 INFORMATIONBAL VIDEOS TALKING ABOUT gRAND oPENINGS rEVENUE. aND SOME YAHOO PUT THE TAPES ON THE INTERNET. tHIS IS A PRIVATE PLACEMENT! tHE REASON THEIR ARE NOP EMPLOYEES IS BECAUSE YA'LL ARE VERY GOOD AT SCARING YOUNG ADULTS. Mr. CATERINO HAS MORE HEART TALENT AND Gumption THAN THE THE CREW At advanced heatlh scan... and still gets up every day squeezing through the threats to build our profit margin.             I been with ads since 2005. I have heard it all. My question is, what more is there to be done? Last I heard they were hiring staff. There are centers around where I live that have popped up in less time than my time invested here. And they are 64 slice. Im sure if you look you will see some in your area.         The amount of damage that I have witnessed in the last few days is amazing. And the Investors are damaging themselves! If these guys were theives they would have taken the loot when they ran out the back door! Instead, I see the 1.6 million dollar scanner... sitting in it's proper place. I see beautiful plush interior (like no other)and I see a hugh market of customers as I wonder down the boulevard each evening. What I do not see is these loud-mouth investors! Not a one! I do not see respect to their profession or their home town. I do not see a shred of evidence that they are lazy or unqualified. But i can tell you this... When John hired me as a contact advisor, (PR work for the benefit of the partnership) I never invisioned a war against ourselves!         I believe that if Mr. quarterback couch potato spent a little travel time to the center, like other belivers have, that he would have a much harder time uniting the investors for destruction. Without getting too much into the details of the email, overall I have a feeling that advanced health scan is not a lost cause and light is at the end of the tunnel. So investors, I would kindly request you to stick with Advanced Health scan related discussion only in this forum. If you are level headed,dont get carried away by emotions ,send an email to Dan asking him a date where you can visit the center ,look at it for yourself. And we know what the editors… ulterior motives are; that is to fleece American investors out of their money though memberships, like the better business bureau….             My name is Dan Caterino, a Christian business owner in Newport Beach, CA. Since 2002. Like Kevin Trudeau I am in the health care industry. And like Mr. Trudeau (to the best of my knowledge) my character has wrongfully been attacked over the last few years. On Friday August 29th, 2008 at approximately 11pm, my wife and I were playing scrabble in our home WITH our two little girls, ages 4 and 8 asleep. My wife and several of the neighbors heard the sounds of smashing metal; which turned out to be either a hit and run accident, driver under the influence or an attack on our family. We do not have enough information to draw any other conclusions. (Note: if the OC Sherriff’s department or federal authorities, which are part of the investigation, have other findings we will post them.) For now, I feel like a weeble, and have a hard time making it through the day without “wondering what has happened to America”. I have spoken to Colin Stewart, an Orange County Register columnist, which I put my trust in, on numerous occasions in 2007 about blogs written on the internet, which I defended when defense was needed and apologized when apologies were appropriate. Because clearly I am not a Saint, don’t claim to be, and like everyone else have made mistakes in my past. Also, I have emails from Mr. Stewart that point towards articles that he would write in favor of the information he received from me in our few conversations. Mr. Stewart, I quote; “That this information, I find exciting, and want to learn more about it when I get back from my vacation”. Unbeknownst to me, Mr. Stewart’s claims turned out to be nothing more than a bunch of hot air. (I have personal emails and eye-witnesses to back my statements) The information that Colin received was in reference to Heart Disease, and a NuWire Editorial with many inaccurate statements. Once Mr. Stewart heard the truth, I was led to believe that the truth would be known through his periodical or mentioned on his blogs. Instead, I know of two articles that have been written by this OC Register columnist, and does not once give credit where credit is deserved.                 May I ask you a question, what are you going to do in January when suddenly January is no lonfer feasible. But now its June or October, that you might see something on your investment? Wake up and smell the coffee. When I talked to the office just last week, it was supposedly up and running. But Mr Caterino himself said that one machine is broken and one was not even hooked up yet. As of this moment, we have all lost our money. Do you even hope for a second of getting any of it back? do you believe that the good Christian gentleman that supposedly runs this corporation is doing anything besides running his mouth.             I am an investor ( 15k) who was indeed very angry with advhealthscan. Even though I knew the risk of losing the principle,never really thought that was going to happen and naturally did get agitated over the perceived loss!. I also did look up Dan on the internet and found about the california County judgement as well. Might be it was just learning steps or simply that he may be a crook.But again, those are all history and my only interest is my invested money and possible returns. Few things are what kept my hopes up ( and hopefully your as well) 1. Why have they not shut their doors and gone home? 2. Dan is willing to entertain anyone to visit the center. That gives me hope 3. Dan in his video email , has said the distribution check could be expected in Jan 09. 4. If they had opened the center with the intention of fraud, they would be having a foolproof accounting to justify the cause. All they had to say was their salary was a million dollars ( or whatever be the amount). 5. Dan says his personal investment is 175k(in the video email). And he points to bible and gives some lecture on morals..but basic idea is I believe he is honest in saying his money is invested. 6. So this makes me naturally to assume that the only other way we lose money is mismanagement of a startup , which if it had happened, again.We as investors have lost our money and no amount of legalities is going to recoup the cost. 7. Assuming you go to a lawyer. He takes 40% of recovery cost. and that would leave most of the investors with nothing. 8. Assuming the government punishes them, well..You(me) have lost 100% of our investments. I agree with P.S. Let us be patient !! Remember health(esp heart related) is one of the safest investments you can make even today.           I just came back from India and this slice 64/128 scanners are a craze. There are lot of independent scanning centers promoting aggressively ( no prescription required) and are indeed making lot of money. In fact all of them (even hospitals) have marketing reps selling directly to public (Rs 12,000 but 50% off if you do today.... Rs 45 > $1). People have no idea that it is ultimately a radiation and are skipping the traditional testing ladder that begins with Cholesterol testing > symptoms>ECG etc. But from bottomline, I would be glad to have it.

      Dear Investors, It was brought to my attention just today about such internet blogs. You all deserve to know the details of this project from my point of view with nothing but facts. This is James Fower Of Calscan Medical, my experience in the medical imaging industry goes back to 1981. We engage in the sale and service of Medical imaging Equipment. Rancho center had an operational MRI and a none working old CT scanner. The MRI alone, we sold another system with exact configuration ( system and installation only ) for $350k. The imaging center was sold as ASSET only sale and not as a running business, Dr. Kumar wanted to keep his referrals. The sale price was $300k, a very very low price for such, it included the MRI and printer and dicom computer. The lease was transferred over to new owners. The old ct removal was included in the sale price. Calscan sold the new owners a 3 months old Toshiba CT 64 slice system that cam directly from Toshiba delivered and installed for a total price of $900k (new system price was $1.4 million at the time).

      Dr. Kumar wanted to send his patients to the center and pay per study but the center was never opened at the time to accommodate such. While waiting for CT install, We advised Dan to have the center opened and operate the MRI to make some income!!! nothing happened. To all you medical imaging investors in case you do not you: " MRI uses Liquid Helium to maintain the magnet super conductive and must be monitored daily". NO MONITORING was done, the liquid helium consumed and magnet "Quenched" a term used to hard and uncontrolled loss of power and causes damage to magnet, calscan replaced the chilled water system with brand new one and recommissioned the magnet to full working order! at a very expensive cost of which we still owed over $20k for material plus full labor Time passed by, Calscan was never been contracted as the service company, no monitoring was done and so the same thing happened again. We refused to fix again due to fact we were never paid in full for the first repair, and second is that our good reputation need not be smeared due the mistakes of others. WE spent an excessive time of 500 man hour of labor with two engineers on site with our rate of $350 per hour which never been collected.

      We did not collect $60k for the work done? Some seem to think an offense is there best defense, you as well as Calscan have lost money in this poorly planned adventure. My simple advised is that there is an imaging center, with fully working state of the art 64 slice CT scanner, the best, start using it and make some $$ before it becomes outdated and from the profits save some to get the MRI back on line it is not too late. We run an honest business since 1992, the prices sold were below market and our goal was to be the future service company for a long term relation. Some investors have contacted me with questions that were answered with full honesty. Next time you need to invest in medical, just contact a medical specialty company, I will be very happy to give free advice to any of you and welcome any business opportunity. Furthermore: Not myself neither Calscan were ever hired by Dan or any of his companies to be consultants and never received $$ for such. We simply brokered the sale, and then were told to go ahead to repair the MRI after the first Quench and we did. We submitted an agreement to Dan to be the service company, and such was never considered. You need to asked the key questions: How many investors are involved? how much money total investments? how was it spent? Financial statements? $900,000 CT, $300,000 Assets center, and around $30,000 repairs and the rest ????? Where are the rest? how much is the rest?

      We have over $200k owed to us? we elected not to even pursue at this time and keep a good distance from AHSLP, however we reserve the right for such. It is impossible to buy an imaging center with MRI and room ready for CT as a running business with referrals and all for only $300k, no one will sell a milking cow so cheep even in todays economy as it is, the sale was ASSET sale and have to be made into a business buy popper managing which never happened until today. For us we brokered $1.2 million deal, our cost was $1.1 million plus $15k in commission plus $25k to remove the old CT, all the labor and Helium...going back in time i would have made such a stupid decision to be involved with this project our honesty and integrity are far beyond. Three months ago i was contacted by an old friend that have been managing imaging centers for over a decade, i put him in touch with Dan, thinking thats exactly what is needed to help, and yet nothing came out of such. I am truly surprised with some the comments i read here, you are taking all what is said by AHSLP as the final and only facts! Please ask yourselves the questions from above.       We invested in this company about 2 years ago. We have received nothing except the runaround. I have called numerous times to hear "No one is here at the moment, let me have someone call you back", and not a word. I have called the office number at the 10681 Foothill Blvd and there is never an answer or an answering machine. The one receptionist at the 1-877-520-0091 (the 877-328-2322 is out of service)that I have talked to doesn't even know the website for the company that she works for.I think this investment is a crock and the owners/partners in this are crooks. I am not sure what any other investors are doing, but I am filing several complaints against them. And for all those saying that this business might turn around, isn't 2 years + some, a bit long to see a return on your investment?

The General Partner was represented by Patricia Lyons, on record with the State of California. (See Attachment 'A', which is part of the Management Services Agreement.) Effective November 15 IMGINE has been disengaged from all business activities. SMITH & ASSOCIATES is now charged with restructuring operations. As a good Christian that you supposedly are, then you are suppose to turn the other cheek. But in your normal low fashion, you can only call someone a dickhead, loser or an idiot. To lower myself to your standards is in fact an affront to my standards but I will give it a try. If you look in the mirror, you will see a bald headed nasty mouth baboon looking back at you. But in the State of California and in Orange County, court records are online. So in the spirit of calling someone a loser, I am sure that you would not appreciate me showing everyone on this board what a naughty baboon you have been.         January 11, 2009 The former headquarters for IMGINE, INC, located at 100 Bayview in Newport Beach, CA is now closed effective Friday, January 9, 2009, to my understanding. All furniture, computers, records have been relocated to temporary storage location unknown to me currently. As I understand, the records of the General Partner are to be maintained at a specific address and this new address will be forwarded at such time as the location is determined. Many comments, questions, and concerns have been fielded by me, personally, over the past 2 months. I am making no judgments on the past other than those previously communicated by me, personally, beginning October 20, 2008.

        Current Status: The free-standing Rancho Cucamonga facility continues to house the Toshiba Scanner and additional hard assets of Advanced Health Scans, Inland Empire, Medical LP. The full inventory of those assets will be videotaped for perusal via internet prior to removal and relocation, re-installation. To Date, SMITH & ASSOCIATES has not been paid the contracted fees as set forth in the management services agreement with the general partner. We have options which include walking away or continuing to pursue finalized agreement with Rancho Specialty Hospital. I returned to Southern California on January 7 to meet with the hospital CEO, Mike Kerr, and the hospital attorney, Chris Doan. Mr. Jim Hanson accompanied me to that meeting. Holidays have delayed back and forth communications and drafts. There were elements of the agreement which I could not agree to. Specifically, we were originally seeking a 180 day interest free loan of $145,000, using the Scanner as collateral and providing the hospital with a first right of refusal to sell should a buyer emerge. We were presented a draft which included $150,000 loan, 24 months, 8%, and default language which was unacceptable. I advised there are 300 investors. We have a specific timeline and financial needs for current lease and release of assets plus dollars for de-installation, relocation, re-installation. In addition to management fees and now, we are looking at past due taxes which I just learned about. This has gotten messy with time delays. The hospital offered 'interest only' for the first 6 months. I countered with $200,000 request, 36 months, 6 months interest only, and our desire for a 5 year, renewable lease. This offer was taken to their Board Monday on the evening of Jan 12. I expect to receive a counter with updated revised language regarding default and I expect to receive that by Thursday. This is not great news. We will look at alternative solutions. Intent is to take existing assets, revised business plan, leverage the assets to best economic advantage without going back to investors for additional $$ per unit. I have been swamped by emails, phone calls, tax issues. We are seeking to obtain, update, and document a listing of the current investor roster with phone and email. Will expect that to be forthcoming from CPA (s)... .

      • The truth about Dan Caterino 10/29/2008
      I too am an investor in AHScam. I have spoke with the authorities in Alabama, and here is what they told me. Dan Caterino is a convicted felon and has spent time in prison. Scams like this are how he makes a living. He apparently has been doing this since the late 1990's, but SURPRISE none of these scanning centers have ever been opened!!! Quite a track record. Dan, Mark Joyner, and others in AHS previously did this same type of scam with a company called Lifeline Imaging (in Orange Co.) Dan and others in Lifeline were indicted by the authorities in Alabama and were arrested. They are currently awaiting trial on securities fraud charges for doing the same thing they are doing with AHS. Alabama also told me it was illegal for them to just pick up the phone and start selling securities to anyone, and since Caterino has two previous felony convictions he is facing 10 years to LIFE in prison in Alabama. I guess he is just trying to steal as much money as he can before he goes off to prison. I also did some research and found the California order against Caterino that basically says he can't even touch a security, much less sell any. He is a crook claiming to be a Christian, and he will rot in hell for using religion to steal from people. Dan if you read this and think I am making all this up, go ahead and post a reply. I have got documentation to back up what I am saying, and I will burn you some more you crook.

        I dont how much you have invested in venture capital, but it takes time to take new companies from start up to profit. I have some companies I have been with for 10 years waitng. But I believe this one is now ready to produce profit buy the frist quarter of 09.       I received this letter from a doctor who may turnaround the company. sorry for the formatting At Dan's invitation I agreed to serve on an interim and unpaid basis as consultant to IMGINE. I met with the hospital and did so from a turn-around perspective. On my recommendation, a letter of confidentiality was signed on a September 13 to begin joint venture negotiations. I am confident the operations can be successful if moved from the current location onto the Hospital Campus. 1. regulatory and reimbursement environments have shifted again to hospital campus versus free standing and 5 year future is extemely positive. (see the attachment) 2. Dan disengages from all aspects of operations and John Leal provides services which have been paid for 3. the hospital is on target to complete the 10,000 sq foot build out for its Spinal Surgery Center scheduled to open in February. 4. a new management team has been identified to oversee the relocation and operations (see key bio with name deleted until contractually secured) Given the current political environment and economic uncertainty, we have a LAG period which offers excellent timing for making this move. I have made these recommendations to Dan, Leal and relatives. Cost for relocation: 85K Cost for management services: 20K per month x three months = 60K.         Did you know Dan & John in Nov 1999? I did! Hi. My name is David. I have built a few of these imaging centers as a State of California General Contractor for John. Next to john, my brother Dan is the most knowledgeable (non cardiac-physician) person on this subject I have ever met. And quite frankly, it is starting to bother me reading about you investors BELIEFS, and I see all the ignorance. My brother has helped more people (AMERICAN PEOPLE) from succumbing to SCD (Sudden Cardiac Death) than anyone I know! LifeLine Imaging was built by Dan , John, and myself. And when most of the industry-experts ran from the truth, Dan was there to help those people in need. In 2004, the mortality rate dropped by a record 50,000 less deaths according to census bureau! This has never happened before in America prior to my little brother entering the heart disease market! Do I give Dan credit for this drop? Well, not without his mentor John, and the local cardiologists getting their share of the credit too. But to me my brother is a good man and a great brother. Soon after the grand opening of the first imaging center, while Dan was helping fill it up with cardiac patients I was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease which would soon require surgery. I never took the heart scan craze seriously back then; but had I listened to my little brother as a “heart expert”, instead of the “great salesman”; his lectures taken wisely as good advice would have made this whole heart condition (major surgery) a lot less painful. Awareness is the key. Dan has helped me with my ordeal, helping with the very young boys when I was down. Today I have a heart made of steel. (My aorta valve) I have several other open heart surgeries since then. ALL LIFE SAVING EVENTS! I believe in what my brother is doing today, and so should you. PS: It was my brother Dan that introduced me to Jesus (and trust me when I say - that wasn’t an easy sale either) that helped out when my heart changed for Christ; to me that says it all.           I spoke with an investment salesman in Imgine. He said they still need 45k before dec 31st deadline by which the unit has to be moved inside the hospital. Our choices are 100% loss of capital or invest little more and make sure the unit is up and running. As like any salesman, they had nothing but rosy projections ($1500 income/unit/qtr) conveniently ignoring their lousy execution so far. Re-tooling of operations is underway and in process. 2. Concrete milestones will be reported when accomplished: a) Negotiated withdrawal from current Foothill Blvd premises requires landlord release and payment. Landlord has initiated legal proceedings. Documents have been reviewed. And discussions proceeding toward equitable resolution. b) Hospital draft agreement on requested 180 day interest free loan is expected today, Monday, December 15, for review. c) Awaiting 3rd bid on the hospital build-out for the imaging suite. Plans were provided the contractor on Dec 12. Hospital requires three bids. I am currently behind in personal communications but expect to catch up and report outcomes pertaining to the above on or before December 22. C.             I guess I am just too tolerant that I am just now joining the group but, on the other hand, no one was nasty with me, they always returned my calls and gave what seemed to be reasonable excuses for the delay---after delay---after delay!!! However, I called again to check on progress and none of the phone numbers or websites are valid now and the ilness I am feeling tells me my $15000 is gone. I didn't even know who to contact so I just kept googling different names and came up with this group. I am going to contact the SEC, and any other group who may be able to help. However, I was involved in another of what turned out to be a scam. The person who said that all the money that will be confiscated will be eaten up in lawyer and receivership fees. Unfortunately, my money came from my IRA so, I have been told that I don't have the option of turning that in for an income tax deduction!!! But the group will be caught and punished in the worst way---all their money and possessions will be confiscated.

      I just wrote a comment but it doesn't seem to have been posted---just in case this is a repeat. I invested 2 years ago. I was talking to the imgine people, health scan people, etc. Today I tried to get through and there is no one. It took quite a while but I finally found your group here. I agree with the person who said that we will get nothing. I invested in 2 other companies but very small scale--$500 each. The first company was put into recievorship and all their assets were confiscated, sold at auction, and when the lawyers and the receivor were paid, I will get $10. The only way I will get anything back is to put as a loss on income tax. The other company is in the process of losing all their possessions, business and personal, and again it goes through a receivership. With this AHS investment, I have been told I can't use as a loss on my income tax because it was through my IRA. So I am royally screwed. I plan to turn any information in to anyone who will listen--SEC, FINRA, BBB, etc. This group is one of many out there who are just crooks!! If any AHS people want to dispute this, then WHY HAVE YOU NOT CONTACTED YOUR INVESTORS!!!??
