    Yes the buyer poll has shrunk because of the employment market, and that will continue to be the main factor affecting sales in this area, however there are also those with secure positions and cash in hand waiting in the wings while prices skyrocketed for the past 13 years. They are just waiting for a little confidence in the market in order to step in and take advantage of some of the declining pricing. Opportunity buying is a good niche just now along with foreclosures and short sales.
