      Internship is not slavery. As a business owner you are providing them on the job training and experience in exchange for labor. A big difference you are missing between the two as well is that an intern can leave whenever they want. In fact the intern has to apply to work for you. You are underestimating the value of work experience, especially in today's marketplace.
