The Five Biggest Mistakes Franchisees Make | Add Comment

  • Franchisee mistakes 3/19/2009
Glad you posted this article-all truths. Franchisees should treat such analysis and inquiry as basic research to uncover more facts and how they feel about them, mainly from a risk tolerance view as well as ascertaining the true character of the franchisor. It amazes me how many people do not even do a business plan, do not do some comparisons between franchisors, weigh all the pros and cons, etc, before signing on the dotted line. How do I know this? By the questions asked of me that sound like this:"I messed up, now what do I do or what can you do for me?" If you cannot or will not do all the work required for due diligence, find someone to help you before committing to a $200,000 headache. mrfranchiseman.com
