    10-22-09 I regret to inform interested investors that this opportunity is no longer available as the borrower informed us that he is seeking funding at better terms elsewhere. He is not sure if those terms are deliverable, but will come back to us if not. So for now we are putting this on the back burner. We are actively funding TD Investments. Thank you, David
