"How to" Article Guidelines
Please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your "how to" article:
- Article length: 400 to 1000 words
- Format: Open (See How to Write a "How to" Article for an example)
- Topics: Investment or Finance Related
- Bio length: 600 characters or less
- Review timelines: Within 72 hours of submission
Once your "how to" article is submitted, a NuWire editor will review it within 72 hours, though typically much sooner. If your article is accepted, you will receive an e-mail with details on when the article will be published. If the article is not accepted, you will receive an e-mail with details on what you can improve about the article to have it accepted. You will then have an opportunity to make edits and resubmit.
"How to" articles can be a tremendous tool for building your business and your expert status, but it is important to remember that the content of "how to" articles should not be promotional in nature. Articles that contain promotional content or links within the body of the article will be denied. Your bio is the appropriate place to promote your business and include links to your website(s). Promotional content and spelling/grammar errors are the most common reasons for denial of an article.
