We do the due diligence, send you information you need and let you investigate the info on your own. You do not have to make 100s of phone calls to find the right opportunity for yourself. We have a staff of people who can bring you only the investment opportunities that meet your criteria.

How are we paid? We are paid by the seller, not you the buyer. We never collect any cash from you. We never ask for your personal information.
How much is your minimum investment? We ask that you invest a minimum of $2000. Of course you are encouraged to invest higher amounts but if you just want to earn annual dividends then you can start small.
What kind of investors do you work with? We work with only accredited investors. If you are unaccredited investor, then we can offer you investment opportunities through crowd-funding sites but these are small opportunities, not to be considerered as income opportunities but rather to promote businesses and startups in areas you are most interested in.
Do you offer due diligence packages for free? Yes, each offering comes with a DD package either via email or via USPS in your hands. And it is free.
Can we talk to the CEO and the management team of the company prior to investing? Yes.
Are there any advance fees, charges, costs, registration required to get started? No! We never charge any fees. All transactions are done between the company owners’ legal team and your own attorney if you choose to hire one for larger transactions.
