Chris Gleason is the Managing Director of MMG Capital, a California-based real estate opportunity fund. The principals of the firm have been responsible for the management of over $6 billion of assets throughout their careers and have over 50 years of combined financial experience. Currently, MMG Capital and its investors make private money loans on real property nationwide and seek to acquire distressed assets. Chris has a Business degree in marketing and entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. He also holds an MBA in Financial Planning from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California. He started his real estate career in 2004, working for two of the nation’s largest developers. During that time he also pursued his interest in alternative investment products and real estate economics. Eventually, his efforts culminated in the creation of MMG Capital.
