James has over 20 years of living, investing and consulting in Baja California Sur. Having been a business and computer consultant for over 20 years in Mexico and the U.S before. He has owned many different businesses of his own, including Compuset, desktop publishing and Human Interface computer consulting and "In Motion" magazine in the U.S.
In Mexico he has owned Velas de Baja, the only sail making business in Baja Sur for over 12 years and is the owner of Desert Digital and MerCaboTecnia which is the publisher of webzines like www.bajainsider.com and www.loscabosinsider.com . James as well has consulted on business start ups, creation of corporations, sub-divisions, transportation, importation and the acquiring and sale of land for development and residence.
Living in the East Cape area for 4 years, La Paz for 12 years, simultaneously in Pescadero and 5 years in Cabo San Lucas, James has a very broad experience of Baja Sur and all of Baja for that matter. He speaks Spanish at about 85% and has continually been in pursuit of answers and solutions the entire time he has lived in Mexico.
