Equity Services, LLC was formed in 2006 by Michigan real estate investors Joe Traficante and Jerry Norton. This innovative team saw an opportunity when the Michigan market began suffering due to job losses and high foreclosure rates. Given the trends in history, a down market is the time to invest and Joe and Jerry began acquiring investment properties to hold for the long-term. Soon, friends and family wanted to invest but did not have the time or resources to do so on their own. Joe and Jerry began helping them acquire properties for their portfolios and Equity Services, LLC was born. Today, after selling over 150 properties since January 1, 2007, the duo have perfected the system and have helped hundreds of investors reach their goals.
