Hi, this is a 6,378 square feet property located at the Pacific Coast of Playa El Zonte at La Libertad, property is set 150 meters away of the beach, thats a 3 minutes walk. There is a two bedroom house already built, a kitchen room and a shared bathroom that conects both rooms. Right next to the house there is a blue tiles swimming pool of 3.5 x 5.0 meters. Stepts down from the swimming pool there is green small garden where are planted a mango tree, many coconuts and cashew trees, amoung others.

Playa El Zonte is located 45 minutes away from International Airport of Comalapa and 40 minutes away from the city of San Salvador. It's 5 minutes away by car from the most known beaches in El Salvador, which are Playa El Tunco and Playa El Sunzal. The difference in this area is that mountains are near so the weather is fresher than other beaches and locations.

Passing the entrance gate you'll see the house, hiding a little at the left side there is the swimminp pool located at the top of the property.

This is the biggest room inside the house, 3 cabin beds fit easily inside. Brown door is the bathroom that connects room 2. Bathroom is equiped with a shower, a toilet and a sink.
