The Borrower had been trying for over 2 years to locate financing for his Hotel Property before contacting Alliance. We were able to obtain a Conditional Loan Commitment within a 30 - 45 day period from one of our Bank Lending Partners. 

Total Project Costs were $9 Million and we were able to provide a loan for just over $7 Million.
