The city of San Salvador is 30 minutes away from the International Airport of Comalapa. The city has grown very fast in the last 15 years, many investors have como to El Salvador to start building apartments, condos, open restaurant franchise, amoung other investments.

The city of San Salvador is small and everything is nearby. There are many areas that have gain value: Colonia San Francisco, Colonia San Benito, Santa Elena, Antiguo Cuscatlan and Colonia Escalon.

Colonia Escalon has a lot of tradition because most entrepreneurs families have lived or are still living in that part of the city.  There are many private bilingual schools (American School, International School), many embassies, places to practice all religions, malls, restaurants, etc.

At Colonia Escalon stands Torre del Sol (Tower of the Sun), a building apartment that holds 7 floors.
