Amount Required: The $250,000; Term: 5 years; Interest Rate: 10%/Yr.

For Private Individual Equity Investors: If you would like to participate as an investor then you will receive income based upon your equity contribution into the project. Minimum Investment Required: $50,000 with opportunity to buy up to five investment slots at $50K each per investor. You can buy anywhere from one to five investment slots into the project.

Income from the project: Expected to be about 100%+ per year. So whether you come in as an investor or a lender, you can rest assured that

Automatic set up for bank-to-bank payments each month or monthly payment via paypal/credit card, however you like it.

P.S. - This is not a speculative business. The new acquisitions are for currently producing oil wells. In other words, the income from new acquisitions already exists and will pay off the loan starting the 31st day, i.e. just like a real estate loan where the payment is due beginning with the second month.

Also: We will sign all documents with the assistance of the attorney, just like a real estate loan, giving first right of lien to the private investor or the lender, however participates in this opportunity. The closing will be done through attorneys, with each side exchanging papers and recording documents for the loan. Oil project is in the US, not in a foreign country.
