MJN Distribution LLC, DBA Instinct Skateboards, Is seeking an investor(s) to further expand its marketing department/staff, to increase sales in the action sports industry. Instinct Skateboards was created in September of 2008, with only two employees extending to 5 today. Instinct Skateboards started with only a few skateboard designs and very minimal advertising, which expanded to over 20 designs and advertising in multiple sources. We have grown as a company and as a family through passion and persistence very quickly. For this reason we seek further capital to keep up with the demands the action sports industry has.
