First Trust Deed for the acquisition of land that encompasses 93 fully-developed residential lots located in the Twilight at North Ranch development, near North 5th Street and the 215 Beltway in Las Vegas, Nevada. The borrower has begun construction of the two model homes. The model home lots are NOT collateralized by this deed of trust. This trust deed will have multiple principal pay downs: per 5-lot increments at an accelerated rate of 105%.
