Currently 18 million in equity in deal.  Investment is for a 3 year term. 

• Investor will receive a 10% preferred R.O.E.
• Investor will be compensated 15 million in 3 years
• Investor will receive an additional return of 5% of the back end projected to be approximately 90 million.
• Investor will be compensated first in front of all other debt.
