MISTRAL COMPLEX DESCRIPTION

 Mistral Luxury Houses is a fantastic complex of 12 luxury villa homes, built on the breathtaking island of Zakynthos, Greece. It is located in the supreme location of Tsilivi village, on the top of a low green hill, 25m from sea level.
 
Distance from the sandy beach: 400 m, 5 min walking. Distance from main town is 4 km, from the general hospital 4 km and from the International Airport 8 km. In a small walking distance from the complex there are Dispensary, Pharmacy, Super Market and Bakery.

Each house is independent with respect to its building, its land, its entrance, its garden, its electricity, its central heating system (boiler room), its water supply, its spare concrete water tank, its storage room, its covered parking spot and the one resident is not bothering/seeing the other.
The whole complex is connected with the town’s central sewage system.
 
 Economics
 
The area of Tsilivi is the best suburb and very close to the main town of Zakynthos Island. During May to October it has good quality tourism and all kinds of shops are available in a walking distance.
During November to April, there are still some shops open plus Free of charge Dispensary (200m), Pharmacy (100m), Primary School (400m), Bakery (200m), Super Market (300m), Orthodox Church (400m).
 
The value of land and houses in this area is one of the highest in the island and it is increasing by 10% per year.
The whole area of Tsilivi has a city official plan which gives higher value to the properties.
 
Our complex is of luxury construction and all houses and rooms have 200 degrees uninterrupted Sea View and quiet environment.
 
If an investor wants to rent these houses, the rent rate is varying from 160 to 500 euro per night, depending on the size, the location, the season etc. By renting the houses of this entire complex for vacations, we estimate an annual net income of about 450,000 euro which will be increasing by the years (Avg. 320 euro/day, for 12 houses, for 4 out of the 6 months of tourism season. 67%).
Rentability rate 10 – 12%.
 
Zakynthos has 300 days/year sunshine and more than 35 beaches around the island with warm and calm brilliant waters.
It is all green with a big flat land and many hills full of olive trees, pine trees, fruit trees and flowers.
