We expect to transact well above $90 million in acquisitions, over the coming period, in California’s three largest cities. Initially, we are expanding by focusing solely on repositioning San Diego properties but we are also positioned for Los Angeles and San Francisco distressed urban properties. All the while our single objective is to turn them into high cash flowing student housing properties purchased at bargain rates.
