I have approximately $200,000-300,000 of equity in my home. My 1st and 2nd TD's total $900,000. I just received a notice of trustee sale for September 11 and need to act quickly. My loan modification request on my 1st was denied and we want to stay in the home. I think my only option at this point is to exercise a lease option. Home is in a desireable part of Los Angeles.
