We have just completed a very niche commercial complex development in Montenegro called the TQ Plaza and Apart Hotel, Budva which is situated in a fantastic location facing the Adriatic sea and 50 metres away from the beach. This complex is exclusively multifunctional with luxury apartments, shopping mall, offices, cinema, swimming pool, restaurants, spa, library, and conference halls, with the hotel situated in Block A which is part of the complex on the left hand side.
The hotel is 95% completed as we have left it for an investor or company to put there own stamp on it with regards to the interior as we are wanting to sell the hotel to an investor or company.
This is a very good investment as there is nothing like it in Montenegro or surrounding areas and there has already been great news covereage about the development that has spread around europe.
