Punta Cana Real Estate market is oriented to commercial and residential properties on the East coast of Dominican Republic.

Commercial properties are located in Commercial Plaza Malls, separated from Residential zones, which is good, and gives you quiet residential area.

Depending out of the purchase budget, Luxury properties are located in Cap Cana, Punta Cana Resort and Club, Punta Perla and Cocotal Golf course and are recommendable zones for investments.

Punta Cana Resort and Club, gives us finally a real supermarket Supermercado Nacional in Punta Cana Village, close to the airport PUJ, also very close to PCRAC (Punta Cana Resort and Club) and Cap Cana.

New commercial Mall Plaza San Juan, investment from Porto Rico, opened Caribbean Cinema, Pizza Hut and gourmet restaurant, and we are all waiting for supermarket Super Pola.

Cocotal Golf and Country Club is very recommendable area for long term rentals, or vacation property, and owners has a list of benefits in hotels Melia, golf club Cocotal, and beach club Gaby beach, in Paradisus hotel.

White Sands golf has new administration, and we can realy see the difference, on the fairway and the beach. My favorite properties on White Sands are Sea Dreams and Nautilus.

Nautilus residential has shuttle service for going to the beach, and are the only ones who are offering that kind of the service. Very good administration at Nautilus, and condos are huge.

Cocotal golf has very high maintenance, and the property that I recommend is Villa Garza, a top luxury Villa on the golf.

What can I say about the weather? Not too much, there is constant mild summer, and looks like paradise, turquoise water, coconuts, white sand on the beach, and 12 golf courses.

A place to get lazy on the beach and work hard on the golf course.
