- As Editor-In-Chief of International Real Estate Investments Magazine it is part of my job to understand, fact check and present lucrative international real estate investment opportunities from all over the world. During the summer of 2008, just prior to the global financial meltdowns, credit crises and global recession, International Real Estate Investments Magazine was acquired by a dot.com company.

- A massive reconstruction followed suit of the acquisition and I was briefed that the magazine would carry on and that I would have more magazines and titles to manage for 2009. Finally, in December of 2008 the identity of the dot.com was revealed. When the dust settled of the identity of the dot.com and what they were going to do with International Real Estate Investments Magazine -- the aftermath spelled 1 word "Revolutionary".

- The dot.com is www.RealEstateAds4Free.com which is an amalgamation of different strategic partners. The partners listened to the needs of International Real Estate Developers and then addressed their needs to provide some relief for International Real Estate Developments, Brokers and Realtors to advertise in magazines in exchange for a referral fee or via direct advertising performance to sales. RealEstateAds4Free.com worked with IREAB.Org, International Real Estate Advisory Board and International Real Estate Media Group along with some other very respected names in International Real Estate to put together a program where an International Real Estate Developer, Broker or Agent can receive more than $60,000 per year in complimentary (color) Full Page Sized advertisements using a number of magazines, including International Real Estate Investments Magazine. Hence the word "Revolutionary". I have never seen anything like this before because of the fact that advertisers can advertise FULL, 1 Page and 2 Page, Color ads, for 12 months in all the magazines and print media offered by RealEstateAds4Free.com -- truly makes the program both unprecedented (within the world of media) and once again -- revolutionary.

- Within RealEstateAds4Free.com's first week of its official launch, I had received a couple hundred emails and calls from around the world from my contacts specifying that this is exactly what is needed in this rather sullen global financial climate. There is a catch to the free advertising. Former advertisers, new advertisers and even FSBO (For Sale By Owner) advertisers will have to agree to provide a referral agreement to RealEstateAds4Free.com. Brokers in the United States will have to agree to pay for advertising based on direct sales performance delivered by the advertising plan structured by RealEstateAds4Free.com.

- All in all it's an amazing program backed by the industry leaders in International Real Estate Media, International Real Estate Consulting and and International Real Estate Advisory. I have to admit that I did not really understand how this was going to work, however, the web site: http://www.RealEstateAds4Free.com cleared the air quite a bit. There is a $50 annual membership to join this program.

- This program is a winner for any International Real Estate Developer, International Real Estate Broker and International Real Estate Agent. I believe the program is also going to be publishing 2 products for Belize. The IREAB Belize 2009 Real Estate Directory and IREAB's Belize Real Estate Magazine.
