*As such, seeking to purchase $6B in CMOs from Private or 
 flexible CMO Seller source.

*My Firm is seeking to purchase CMOs that meet the following criteria: 

AAA Rated
Non-SBA
Must have Interest Payments
Must be Non-Encumbered and Never Traded
Need to know if they are in Residential or Commercial Batch
 
*The following is an overview of the process for purchasing the CMOs: 
 
1. Provide Due Dilligence on CMOs via Screen Shots and DTC.
2. Buyer provides Seller with Purchase Agreement.
3. Seller Provdes Buyer with a 1 page Letter (we have the format) and a copy of CMO Statement.
4. Seller has to move CMO to Escrow Company which becomes the Intermediary and Fudiciary.
5. Takes two weeks Minimum to close Desk to Desk via this process. Please be advised that process can take up to four weeks. Seller receives cash within 3 days of closing.
 
CMO Pricing:
 
1. Will pay $1.25 M/$1B CMO.
2. Will pay an Intermediary Fee of $300K/$1B CMO Purchased
