I purchased a great single family home in Cape Coral Florida in 2003 as an investment property.
Nice quiet neighborhood. This home has been well maintained and hardly ever lived in.
I need to pay off the mortgage and settlement fees and need $180,000 to do it.
House was assessed in 2005 for $225,000 and 2007 decreased to $211,000 and still declining.
When the market turns around the home will be worth at least $211,000.
This is bottom line for me. I am returning to Pennsylvania to be near my family.
The home will rent for $1,200 per month on an annual and $3,000 a month in season from November to April.
No work is needed to move in. Landscaping and heated pool have been maintained weekly since 2003.
