This chacra (country estate) located a few kilometres from Atlántida is really something special. Properties of this size with a private beach are very rare and practically impossible to find.

Most of the property is forested, with a total of 42 different species of trees and 1,200 palm trees. The buildings are located in an area of approximately five hectares around 200 metres from the beach, behind a wide strip of sand dunes.
