We Actively Purchase and Sell Notes. The type of Notes we look for:

• Residential and Commercial assets
• We purchase firsts and seconds position notes, secured and unsecured
• We prefer performing notes but will consider some non-performing loans.
• Large or small pools of notes

• Portfolio size: although we may start with an individual asset in order to build confidence with our business relationship, we will pursue note pools with values between $5 - $60 million dollars.

  Collateral type:
