RSS Feed Terms of Use

By downloading an RSS feed (the "Services") from NuWireInvestor.com ("NuWire"), you are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to this Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all of the terms of this Agreement, do not download the Services. NuWire may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, without notice.

LIMITATION TO PERSONAL USE; COMMERCIAL USES PROHIBITED

The Services provided by NuWire are for your personal use. Any commercial use is prohibited without NuWire's prior express written consent. Any information, service or products you obtain from the Services may not be modified, distributed, transmitted, copied, displayed, reproduced, licensed, published, performed, transferred or sold; nor may you create any derivative works therefrom.

CONSENT REQUIRED FOR USAGE OF DOCUMENTS

You must obtain prior express written consent from NuWire to use Documents (such as articles, research reports, press releases, educational materials and FAQs) from any Services.

LINK TO CONTENT PAGES

The RSS Services may be used only with those platforms from which a functional link is made available that takes the viewer directly to the display of the full article on the NuWire Investor website. You may not insert any intermediate page or other content between the RSS link and the applicable NuWire Investor page.

OWNERSHIP

NuWire retains all ownership and other rights in the RSS content, and all logos and trademarks used in connection with the Services.

RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE FEEDS

NuWire reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the RSS feeds at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason, including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. NuWire assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the RSS feeds or for your use of the RSS feeds.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTICE & PROCEDURE

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent. ALL INQUIRIES NOT SUBMITTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
