Our student housing expansion company is seeking Accredited Investors and Affiliate Partners to fund and source the acquisition, rehabilitation and repositioning of urban apartments for student housing. The Company was formed to meet projected 2010 growth demand from existing and new client schools, while capitalizing on distressed multifamily buying opportunities through the year 2013 using a variety of investment scenarios. We have all the critical components for our internal success in place now. Including, an outside affiliation with a REIT whom will underwrite 90% LTVs of our deal amounts and we also have a few opportunity funds from Wall Street for deals above $5 million and $10 million.
