We are looking for investment or a business loan to expand a medical marijuana growing operation. The production units are all legal, and follow the strict laws governing the production of medical marijuana under the laws of California.
The funding is to be used to purchase 5 new properties to expand the existing operations, and to update and enhance growing conditions through the purchase of green houses/ hoop houses, and for running and management costs.
Under ideal conditions, and using controlled environments, at least 2 crops a year of high yeilding high quality crops can be produced, and a return of upto 5 times the investment can be realised.
