Golf Range & Outlet of San Marcos, LLC, (“The Facility”), will be a master planned golf practice facility and golf outlet shopping center located on Interstate 35 between Austin and San Antonio, Texas. Our primary focus will be to accommodate golfers of all skill levels with facilities for long and short-game practice, as well as on-site lessons with teaching professionals. The Facility will provide practice opportunities for both the recreational golfer and the serious, competitive golfer. The Facility will be family friendly with accommodations for all age groups. In addition, it will be comfortable throughout the spectrum of central Texas weather conditions. Local schools and universities will utilize the facility for practices and golf classes. A first-class, lighted driving range will be available with mats and grass slots to simultaneously accommodate 50 golfers. Hitting mats will be covered for shade and will have water misters to keep people cool while practicing. Chipping greens with sand traps, as well as a full 18-hole putting green, will enable customers to practice all aspects of their game. Range balls will be available to rent, and daily passes and year-long memberships will be available for purchase. The full service pro shop will provide golf apparel and accessories, club repairs and re-gripping, and a full complement of equipment and clothing any level of golf enthusiast. A concession stand with a covered patio area will provide refreshments for golfers and spectators. Local and national driving range tournaments will be organized in addition to a golf league for local players. The Facility will be organize on-going community events as well as provide opportunities for the less fortunate and at-risk kids in the area. The Facility will be open daily, Sunday through Saturday, from 8am to 10pm.
