Real Estate Buyers Group, Commercial Real Estate Investors Group and Business Note Buyers Group are the note purchasing divisions of National Real Estate Buyers & Associates, Inc… a national real estate investment, financial services and publishing company.

Although we purchase many notes for our own portfolios, it’s impossible to purchase all of the types of notes in the geographic areas we are presented with during a given month.

As a result, we must also partner with both experienced private and institutional investors to purchase many of our real estate and business notes… and we are always looking to selectively expand our network with qualified end buyers.

  • Pre-qualified notes based on your yield and purchasing criteria.
  • Unless you state that you buy second position notes, we will only submit notes in first position.
  • We gather all of necessary documents for you to perform your due diligence.

What are our requirements…

To qualify as one of our principal investors, we require the following:

 

  • You have a minimum of two-years experience purchasing real estate or business notes.
  • You have substantial liquid assets, either in cash, a self-directed IRA or other instrument, for funding within 3-4 weeks.
  • You have the ability to do your own due diligence once we provide you with all of the required documents.
  • You can close and underwrite your own transactions.
  • You have the ability set-up your own property appraisals or BPO’s
  • You will not directly solicit our clients.
